At Simfinity.fr, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which customers may request refunds for eSIM purchases.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will be considered in the following cases:
1. The eSIM fails to activate or function as promised after reasonable troubleshooting.
2. Technical issues caused by our service that prevent normal use.
3. Duplicate or unauthorized transactions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
1. Change of mind or user error.
2. Issues due to device incompatibility or user technical limitations.
3. Usage or partial usage of the eSIM plan.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact our support team at admin@simfinity.fr with your order details and issue description. Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Additional Information
Simfinity.fr reserves the right to refuse refund requests if abuse or fraudulent claims are suspected.
